Whether you are a property owner or investor you are required to verify your identity or that of your company.
Once you have been successfully verified you will be able to access our unique investment offerings, your personalised dashboard and add a listing to raise capital on your property.
If you have already submitted your verification documents, please do not resubmit and wait for us to notify you of a successful account verification.

- Valid South African ID Document or Passport
- Valid proof of residence
- Income tax number
Companies
- CIPC Documentation
- Company proof of residence
- SARS proof of tax number and VAT number (if registered for VAT)
- Certified Directors ID Documents
- Certified Directors Proof of Residence
